Possible Endo after LAVH and ovaries removed

I had Endometriosis (only found when i had hysterectomy) but was told it had been removed now not sure as still having discomfort in pelvic area and pain urinating and a weird feeling like i need to poo when weeing and hurts if a press around hip bone area I have lots of bouts of diarrhea too. I got a Vault heamatoma 4 weeks after hysterectomy which was badly infected I had to be taken back to surgery and be cut to let it drain and put on antibiotics. I am 9 months post op. Everyday its a struggle and pain to tops of legs too. My doctor has given me cocodamol rubbish not doing a thing for the pain and has referred me back to consultant. I think its endo again. please help
