Trying to conceive, given Zoladex for 6months to treat Endometriosis-what happens after this?

To keep it brief: Have always suffered for terrible period pains and after having a laparoscopy and dye test at the end of June was finally diagnosed with stage 3 endo and a blocked fallopian tube. Have also been ttc for 18 months so now clear what has been causing the problems. I was given zoladex for 6 months (currently on 2 month) and doctor told me after 6months would have another lap op to removing remain endo. But what I wanted to know is in terms of successfully conceiving what happens next and what are my options? Does anyone have experience of coming off Zoladex and conceiving successfully?
