I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. I've had 3 laparoscopies for endometriosis, the last being in March. I've been having terrible pains that the doctor is putting down to pain from adhesions and scar tissue stretching. At times it's excruciating!! Any other ladies had this? How did you deal with it? xxx

Pregnancy and adhesion pain
You get through it by knowing it won't harm your baby, and the pain is because your uterus is growing a beautiful baby. It's horrible and you do wonder some days what you'll do but you'll get through it. Do talk to your doctor about what pain relief you can take. But it is normal and is bad. You're not mental all the best xxx
Hi I had exactly the same problem when I was pregnant last year. I was in and out of hospital because it was so painful. For me I dealt with the pain by taking regular baths, and making myself as comfortable as I could in bed and tried a few relaxing methods, watching a DVD or reading a book. Something I enjoyed doing that took my mind off of how bad it was even for a few minutes relief. Unfortunately as you get bigger you may find the pains get worse and of course there's nothing you can physically do about it because of the little baby it's horrible I know and there's nothing worse than feeling utter rubbish and in terrible pain as well as being pregnant. If you haven't already try a relaxing bath with lavender in. I hope this helps and I hope you can find some comfort soon. Xxx
Hi I had exactly the same problem, but my consultant said it was a good thing because everything stretches out and un sticks in a way.
So every time i felt pain it was adhesions/old scar tissue being stretched, towards the end of pregnancy I could actually feel them snapping which the pain was short but horrible.
My consultant actually prescribed me cocodamol to take when it was bad and I just took paracetamol all the time and hot baths.
Hope this helps x
