I think its time for a visit to your GYN. I had uterine fibroids many years ago and my period was heavy and then clumpy..it could be a number of reason but my best bet is to see GYN.
Hi Moniee,
A normal period should not be too heavy, pillarbox red in colour and relatively pain free. In chinese terms, clumpy period or passing clots is a sign of blood stagnation which is not a good sign. I would get yourself checked out, especially if it's causing you any pain or discomfort.
