I think it's unlikely as brown blood is usually a sign of 'old' blood in you system (for want of a better word!) if you are really concerned I'd just take a test. x

Brown spotting is often a common symptom hormonal balances or endometriosis. Bleeding rarely occurs in most pregnancies although it does happen. I think it is best to wait until the day after your period was due and if it doesn't turn up then do a test.
