Just wondering what exercise you find yourself able to do?
I keep hearing that exercise is good for endo but I'm often in too much pain to do any or even if I'm having a good day, and do something then I'm in bits after!
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

My gp has told me to just take small walks 3 times a week and build up the distance so I don't get too tired (as well as pain I suffer from chronic fatigue). She also recommended swimming as it's gentle exercise but works all of your muscles so that might be worth a try for you? I personally hate exercising as it just brings on pain and takes me 2 or 3 days to recover but the small walks seem to be doing me ok and keeping some level of fitness for me
I think you have to find what's right for you, it depends where your endo is. My 'safest' exercise that causes the least amount of pain is an exercise bike NOT cycling. It's because the exercise bike supports all my endo bits and it's just my legs doing the work. Cycling I find puts all the pressure on my endo and is excruciating. I also like Zumba. But for me even swimming hurts after a while but it is of the better exercises x
Walking is good but it's nice to do exercise that takes your awareness away if that makes sense, so you aren't necessarily focusing on one step, two step like with walking. So a gym or class is better in my opinion x
