Does anyone else suffer with bloating. Making you feel really uncomfortable? Making me feel so low!!

Hi yes I also get this my stomach sometimes looks like I am 7 monts pregnant it's horrible and makes me feel so unhappy to I get married in 6 weeks and I have bloated stomach constant it is common it's not your fault anytime you want a chat just message me hope you soon feel better x

I just feel so comfortable and feel like like if u put a pin in m I would pop. Do u suffer with heartburn too? X

Yes it's awful and I've tried everything to help the situation I hate how bloated I am that's what bothers me mostly I hope you do feel better soon xx

I get married in 4 weeks and feel like this constantly! Lots so horrible isn't it? I'm having lap after the honeymoon, will be sept now but worried I keep feeling like this. Know this sounds horrible to say but keep feeling constipated too, do u get this? X

I look at all of my recent wedding pics and grimace I look like a pot bellied pig

Yes I get this 2 I go from flat to fat in a day my tummy is rigid and blooming uncomfortable! X

Have you tried the endo diet? It helped me with bloating although it didn't help with my pain. Maybe worth a try...

me too! I am only a size 12, but feel disgusting and look about 5 months pregnant as soon as I so much as look at food.... fed up of feeling so depressed by this on top of the pain!

I do I tried taking ibs relief tablets but does seem to help I might try the diet above x

I had this problem and spent half my time having to walk around in baggy tops with my trousers undone and i would start off with a flat stomach and out of no where the bloating would appear. Lots of comments asking when i was due!!

I done the endo diet, then my dr said just to cut out gluten.

It worked!!! Im hardly ever bloated now.

Would seriously say give it a go xx
