I posted a few weeks ago that i found out i was pregnant whilst on the zoladex, and about all my concerns and worries just to inform people that it can happen.

Today i have seen my pregnancy consultant and she was told me that zoladex is used for fertility as well as the Endo and cancer. They use it for three months and then put the patient on chlomid and that has a very good succes rate for pregnancy. So there is no strong evidence that zoladex can harm the baby. They tell patients to start trying for a baby as soon as they have had their last zoladex injection.

This post again is just to let ladies know that its not harmful for a unborn baby if stopped as soon as found out or before trying. I hope this helps you and helps your knowledge as it has mine.

It has thank you, I never thought about its use in fertility treatment. I guess for girls who don't know they're pregnant it would be harmful because they would carry on but if you stop then its ok. I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy too, keep us updated xxx

I will do, thankyou. I just thought it may be helpful as there is alot of conflicting information out there regarding it even coming from docs. I just wanted to help women be at ease with it. As i went through 4weeks of hell worrying about the effects to the baby. Just wanted to save people that.
