Does anybody else have swollen lymph nodes in pelvic area with endo?

Where abouts exactly are the lymph nodes in this area. I have a squishy lump just come up last week at the top of my leg, (near the pubic hair) it seems to come and go. Had it checked by a doctor but I don't trust doctors. X

There is one just inside the crease of the top of my leg/pelvic area and another further in currently measuring 12 mm also the transvaginal scan showed my left ovary is stuck! I'm also having problems with my bowel feeling blocked! Just at doctors now as the lady who scanned me yesterday (whom was fantastic I might add and thorough) said to go back to gp straight away!
