Other then pain relief is there anything else I can do to be still able to have sex?

Hello.

For my husband and I, we find the following helps (sorry if any of this offends anyone)

We use lots and lots of

lubrication.

I often go on top of him so I can control how deep the penetration is.

We also "time" penetrative sex according to where I am in my cycle. I know intercourse is impossible the week leading up to my period!

We often have sex that doesn't involve penetration. Or we just massage each other.

I agree with barbara i also go on top to avoid deep penetration as there is more control and we've just had to work out which positions we can and can't do. It is worth noting where you are in your cycle even if you don't have periods as I too feel the difference but everyone is different. Over the last couple of years my sex life has decreased as he hates to see me in pain or due to constant bleeding and it's took time to accept this from my side as I get frustrated with endo but finding other ways to be more intimate can help so we still feel close. Sorry if that is too much information or doesn't help xxx
