Morning ladies, for a change I had a fairly good nights sleep. Sore in pelvic area and feeling quite sick this morning though. However I am excited to go and have some reflexology done today. I will let you all know if I feel any benefit from it. Anyone else tried it????xx

Ooh nice. I want to try it, as acupuncture doesn't work for me at all. My friend thinks reflexology helped her conceive, mind you she didn't have endo.

You have given me a kick actually, I will bok an appt too. I also slept well for the first time in a very very long time (months!)...

Let me know how you get on. Oh btw, I forgot to reply yesterday about AMH. It's an indicator of egg reserve, all the IVF clinics seem to like to know this now, along with FSH. Mine was extremely low after my lap and I'm kinda annoyed I never had it tested before. Mine was 3.20. Low fertility, right verging on undetected. But I am a lot older than you so I think yours will be fine. But it's very good to find out what it is.

Thanks I will def ask about getting that checked then, got to ring my doc on Monday so will ask him.

I had reflexology once before back along and enjoyed it but thought it'd be interesting to see how it goes if I have regularly.

Acupuncture made me worse :-( saying that it was being done by a physio at the hospital back when I was Undiagnosed and they thought I had a bad back! It left me in such a state of pain each time though I'd be terrified to try it again even if it was by someone who knows more about it than a physio!

Glad you had a good night too, I'll message you later about the reflexology. Luckily the lady doing it lives up the road so not far for me to go. She has all the right qualifications and has had people coming back to her for 12/13 years. So I am feeling confident.xx

Well ladies it was lovely. Very relaxing. Quite a strange thing to have done. Parts of your feet relate to parts of your body and when she massaged certain parts of my foot I could feel pain. The parts where I felt pain she said related to my Fallopian tubes, lower back, bowel & bladder. How funny is that when I have stage 4 endo! As she worked on the areas the pain got eased in those points on my feet. She said she could feel those parts were very blocked so hopefully the massage will help to unblock.

Don't get me wrong it's not a miracle cure, I don't expect it to rid me of endo! Lol. But if it helps relax and cleanse the body I'm up for it. Going again in just over a week and I expect I will go regularly until my lap in April. Be interesting to see how I feel tonight and tomorrow from it.

Just make sure if you have it done find somebody who is fully qualified and has experience. You don't want to waste your money in a salon with someone who doesn't really know what they are doing. This lady I saw has been doing it for many years and had a lovely setting in her home.xx
