Hi I havent had reflexology for endometriosis but endo is basically blood stagnation. This is a diagnosis of TCM, traditional chinese medicine, (this is a very basic explanation), and reflexology can free up blockages and may indeed help you. I have had reflexology for other problems and it was great. You may also consider seeing a good acupuncturist who should be able to get things moving as they should and also help with pain.

I have an appointment tomorrow. I’ve had it on and off but may try to keep it up a bit more regularly. I’m not sure if it helps me but I have too much tummy pain for a massage so worst case at least it’ll be nice and relaxing.

Yeah I’ve had just one, and it was interesting as it was a few weeks after my operation and there were areas that were really painful for her to massage - which she said were areas related to ovaries and bladder.

Hope it works.

Omg it worked!! I have only been to the bathroom once in the past week despite taking picolax! She felt my bowels were “clunky” (you could hear it pop) and then I was straight into the bathroom when I got home!

We had a reflexologist come into our group meetings who does the same for cancer patients (often a side effect of opioids), she says she’s often called in when laxatives and enemas don’t work.

I also work within healthcare and seen a lot of the clinical teams recommending it as a holistic therapy so thought I should try it regularly.
