is this a sudden onset - in which case ...kidney infection sounds likely - and see your GP pronto before it gets worse.

Kidney stones on the move butting getting trapped would only affect one side but an infection can spread to both rapidly and make you very unwell in a short time frame.

Antibiotics will be needed asap for a kidney infection.

If this is over a longer time frame - oedema (swollen feet) can be caused by failing kidneys and again this needs urgent referal through your GP.

It might be that the ureters carrying wee to the bladder from the kidneys are blocking due to endo or adhesions rather than an infection - hence your body is no longer copying to evacuate the excess fluids. Do not wait to see an endo gynae consultant - ask your GP to refer you to an endo specialist urologist if you have had issues with adhesions or endo found on the ureters in the past.

Eitherway do not delay in getting checked out with your GP - it could be a DVT or thyroid or any one of a number of separate issues causing oedema or feet swelling, but the fact you have kidney pains too would rather push towards there being a kidney issue behind this.

Best of luck to you. hope it's nothing too serious and is easily treated and you get back to normality asap.
