I'm happy to say I won my tribunal and my endometriosis is now classed as a disability

Well done Hun, how long have you been fighting it xxI think personally it should be classed as a disability anyway as most employers don't like the time u have off with it and it restricts your day to day life it also causes depression too,

2011 ESA told me to claim for it it was turned down reclaimed 2013 had to go tribunal explain everything they had all my medical records letters from me and my doctor plus they sent one of there doctors to give me a medical I think it is based on the endo as for me the endo is terminal

oh good luck I had to appeal the decision made by ESA luckily for me the nurse left too many loopholes and I spoke to the person explaining my condition to him myself
