Hi what reason have they given you for eviction? A disability is how it effects your everyday life and it’s not upto a housing association to decide if you have a disability or not as they would need concrete evidence to do so x

I'm sorry. I have nothing to say as I don't live in the UK but I just want to show you support. Were it a male's condition, I'm sure there would pass laws about it. so unfair!

Have you seen if your GP could perhaps write you a supporting letter stating the impact it actually has on your life and ability to do daily tasks etc?

You need to go to court! Take all your evidence with you! Yes you are right Endo is not under the disability act for some reason! (It should be) take all your evidence with you, I applied to be taken to court to be re-considered when I applied for my employment support allowance, in the end my case was granted...

Also could you explain why they want to evict you? Are you behind with the rent?

There's many pains people deal with that aren't classed on the disability list. lts more about mobility than pain, l know when you suffer a lot off pain it's frustrating ,but disability have become very strict and even for those that do get it , many fight to stay on it because off changing rules, so if your condition isn't even on the list , unfortunately you don't stand a chance off getting it ,so if that's a condition off your housing it will effect it ,l just don't understand how you got the housing in the first place if it depends on being on disability. Anyway good luck and take care.

Thank you for all the replies, the eviction is to do with not accepting endo as a disability. I'm trying to get an independent assessment
