Hello everyone I've had endo for over 10 yrs and always been pretty regular with my periods, however recently for the last couple of months I've been spotting in between my periods. Has anyone else had this? Is it dangerous? Should I see the doctor?
Any info would be great!! Thanks

Are you on the combination pill, I had this issue with a couple and the doctor just kept giving me different ones to try until it stopped. I was told it was a symptom of endo.
Hi I had an operation on 25th November 2013 to remove my endo and endo cysts. My periods were always regular and I was on the pill until we decided to have a 2nd child. Prior to my op I was bleeding non stop. It wasn't like a full blown period all the time and it started gradually. First I started spotting in between my periods and then I started bleeding all the time. There was a definite change in colour when I started bleeding non stop - I could distinguish what was my period and then almost like a secondary bleeding which was lighter and more brown in colour I believe though I never got it confirmed that it was my endo cysts bleeding inbetween my periods. I had to push like mad to get to the operation stage. I had to pester the doctors and that was only due to having tried for 3 and half years for a second child. I had 3 internal ultra scans a trip round the consultants, doctors and even a cancer check before they would finally send me for a laparoscopy that proved once and for all what was wrong - Endometriosis please please don't put up with being sent away if your condition is bad and affects your life then keep pestering the doctors etc.
