What to do about pill and diagnostic lap

Hey. I've been given the date 28th Janjary for my laparoscopy but I'm on 3 month mercilon and only had my break in November. Do I have an early break before my lap or just wait until after the lap?

I would advise to try and have a period as close to the lap op date as poss- preferable be on your period just before or when you have the op. That way the endo is active and much easier for the surgeon to see in all the weird and usually well hidden locations that it can next in. The surgeon will have a much better chance of then removing as much as possible. If the endo has been dormant for quite a while - some types of endo can be very hard to spot unless you are a world class endo surgeon - which precious few are.
