I don't know what time it is where you are, but its about 1:30 am here. I can't sleep thanks to stabbing pain(even after taking pain meds that make you drowsy). Anyone have remedies for falling and staying asleep? We really need a chat room...

Anyone else awake?
LOL this is the chat room !! Well as good as it gets.
and as most forum members are in the uk and the time you posted is roughly 6 in the morning UK time, speaking for myself I am very much Zzzzz at that hour.
There might be some ladies in Australia and NZ who are on here and awake, but most of the forum activity will be UK time zone related.
You're 7 hours behind us till Sunday then 8 hrs behind till the clocks change again in the fall /autumn..assuming you are in Montana.
hope you managed to get to sleep in the end.
This is where I turn when I can't sleep because of the pain I'm in, even if it's just to read. So nice to know I'm not the only one
Try nytol, or the equivalent where you are, of over the counter sleeping tablets, I used them after my op last month and they were amazing! x
