Had a lap done on 20 Oct, pain much worse and more constant than before op. At pre-op consultation I expressed that I was happy to have hysterectomy but consult thought it wasn't necessary. Though today they thought me a good candidate??????. As I was a referral from NHS initiative scheme, I will not be able to see that consultant again unless I pay for it. A letter was wrote to my own GP recommending that I start on GnRH injections and HRT. This seems like a short term fix that could land me back at square one in 6 months and long waiting list to be seen by specialist again. Seriously concerned as after 4 years of working as bank staff I have recently been given a permanent post. :0(

Any hints tips or advice to maybe hurry things along to get back to work? Has anyone tried the endo diet?
