you should see your doctor/contact out of office GPs, do not ignore the pain, sometimes we get pain more serious than we think.
It is more likely to be the eggs ripening and getting big in your ovary/s. I have taken letrozole days 2/6 for 3 cycles and had this type of pain too, usually I cannot feel my ovaries. It never worked for me because of the endo. But it might for you, I'll send good luck for you. X
I have never had the ovitrelle injection but certainly after letrozole as letrozole is what makes the eggs in your ovaries ripen and if they are being forced to ripen then this gives the twingey pains in your ovaries. X
I know what you mean now about the ovitrelle injection, it releases the eggs for collection or fertilisation. I have had something similar when I had egg collection for Ivf. And yes that can make you get twinges too in your ovaries. It is all good because you know it is working. Good luck x
Thank you so much really appreciate your concern
