Endo and acne

Just wondering if anyone suffers from acne? I've always been convinced its was due to my raging hormones and since my lap in April my skin has got worse!

I definitely think there is a link. I literally only had max 5 spots the entire time I was a teenager but since my endo has been bad ive had horrendous and painful spots, a tad embarrassing at 29! I'm currently 8 months into prostap injections and the spots have disappeared but will have the clearacil at the ready for when the prostap ends! x

Prostap is a drug that shuts your system down and puts you into artificial menopause, it's not for everyone and is a powerful drug but I was in such a bad way I was desperate for a bit of a break. For me it has worked well, hasn't been totally easy, it's takes a good few months to adjust to the side effects (for me sleeplessness and hot flushes were the worst!) but other than the odd few days I've been totally pain free since it started working in January. x
