alternative remedies??

hi just wondering has anyone tried with success any alternative remedies for pain and chronic fatigue. my gp has suggested lightening therapy for my chronic fatigue. not sure bout it now after reading more on the Internet.

Im trying acupuncture too but he reckons it won't help at all.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Try serrapeptase tablets.after extensive research I use it for pain, it is a natural anti inflammatory, it is 2 months now that I use it and my pain have reduced immensely, so did my stomach bloatness and constipation. I buy it from amazon.It is not a cure but I have not being using any conventional medication since I use serrapeptase. Do read about it and discuss it with your gp before trying it.Good luck.
