Thyroid test results - Do these look normal ?

In brief: been suffering from CFS for over 15+ months.

Most symptoms have subsided except the muscle soreness in my thighs, general energy levels from shoulder muscles etc.

Vitamins and magnesium definitely help, but my main improvement was made by changing to a Paleo /ketogenic diet + detoxing for the gut (still in progress)

These are some of my blood results, endocrinologyt says it's all normal, by they all keep saying that. Just want to make sure I am not missing something thyroid related:

blood taken at 09:30am

TSH: 2.54 mU/l

Free T4: 16.3 pmol/L

Rest:

Cortisol: 247

Prolactin: 103

Testosterone: 18.62

SHBG: 39

Free Androgen Index : 47.7

Serum Osmolality was high at 298.

I’m exactly the same with thigh shoulder and neck pain. Strange why we all seem to ge these symptoms. My experience is yearly thyroid test that goes up and down but not treated. Never had the above tests youve had after 21 years they just don’t bother! Truly believe they don’t know what and how to treat us with. Pain certainly gets you down. Chin up your doing nothing wrong!

Im battling a fermenting gut issue at the moment, once that's normalised I'm hoping it's just a vitamin deficiency that will also normalise after supplementation

Currentlt getting my vit d re-tested via a home test, it was low initially last year, but elevated sufficiently after a week in the sun on a subsequent test, which may have temporarily skewed the test.

Low vitd+magnesium could be contributors.

I am having around 700mg of magnesium at the moment and 2000iu vit d. Just checking my vit d levels to see if i should increase this a bit more till things level out and will re-test every 3 months if my levels are low.

I got those tests done privately, I gave up with the NHS helping me diagnose this a long time ago.

Thanks, I already take 5grams of ascorbic acid daily and B12 transdermally and via a multi vitamin. I eat about 3-4 gloves of garlic per day with food.

I have 2 does of echnicea tincture per day.

I will add in Ginger, as you also mentioned it on your other post. Only problem is I hate the taste .
