I’m taking something now that’s supposed to do that. I get my lab done Thursday. If it works I’ll let you know😀😀

Well, I have CKD, because I had a Kidney removed. I was told to stay under 6oz of protein daily, Eat fruits and veggies. Limit Dairy. So I basically eat lots of frozen fruit and veggies. Salmon, chicken, pork . Cheese maybe once or twice a week on Digorno think crust pizza. Outshine Frozen fruit pops instead of Ice cream. Just try to limit protein, & Dairy. I do not know what stage you are in, however my friend was stage 5 for many years, and just went on dialysis with GFR of 9. You can do this !! Take care of YOU !!
