Can you tell us what your kidney function is ?
30% of world population has high BP, WHAT IS YOUR AGE GENDER AND THE LATEST BP U OBSEVED ?
IF U ARE BELOW 35 YOU CAN DO REGULAR EXCERSISES AND GET OVER THE PFOBLEM , DO NOT DEPEND ON TABLETS
WISH U GOOD HEALTH

Blood Pressure can be controlled by altering your diet. The docs will be trigger happy and ready to prescribe medication. Reduce your salt intake. Reduce/ eliminate as much processed food as possible. Processed food has a TON of salt in it. If you can try a plant based diet for a period of time until your BP numbers are better. Wishing you a happy and healthy life.
