Anemia and stage 3 CKD

I am new to this site,

I have a vitamin b12 dificiency. Is this common with CKD ?

Not sure about the vitamin deficency I have CKD level 3 too and they moniter my condition throigh my bloods. 2 yrs ago my kidney levels dropped my gp hot me an appointment with the renal specialist he gave me tests scans yoi name it I got andvmy levels had dropped because my gp had pit me on a different blood pressure tablet, once the new tablet kicked in I was ok.

I do know my daughter in law who has ME she used to get vitamin injections for the same thing the nurse went everybweek for months but they didn't work.

I am also having a problem with my blood pressure, and have been put on several blood pressure tablets. I will be seeing a specialist next tues. regarding this.

I was taken off the blood pressure tablet LISINOPRIL last year as they were giving me kidney/urine infectiions, and causing my potassium levels to rise.

I am at the moment taking LERCANIDIPINE and BISOPROL but I am still getting frequent urine infections. I think I should be seeing a renal specialist. However if the blood pressure is linked to the kidneys, I'm hoping the specialist next week will sort something out.

I have recently been having B12 injections, but had to stop having them after the 3rd one as they were giving me bad side effects.
