Just got back my results from medichecks HBAC1 test and it’s 40 mMol which is the same as my last test I did in October 2024.

Really been watching my diet and weight now about 75 kg also quit alcohol few years

My long term prescription is atorvastatin, clopidogrel and lansoprazole which I was wondering could this be affecting my results , I used to get a long term health conditions check at the local health center but they seemed to have stopped that a few years ago now also my repeat prescription is saying 4 months review overdue .

But yes just keep plodding on I guess
