Hi everyone, I'm just over a year into my T2D journey. I've managed to avoid going on meds so far by cutting down carbs to under 130g per day.... and really want to stay that way, so advice/tips please on anything you have found to help reverse insulin resistance...
Due to other health conditions I can't do keto, or up my protein anymore.
I can't exercise & losing weight is hopeless due to thyroid issues.
Any help gratefully received ๐ฅฐ
TIA

Thanks for your reply ๐ however, I'm trying to avoid drugs as I'm very very drug reactive & have a lot of stomach/digestive/bowel issues โน๏ธ๐ hence trying to find an all natural approach.
I had awful stomach reactions to rybelsus but not to mounjaro so far. I have pcos and underactive thyroid amongst other conditions so I know how difficult it can be for us. To be honest, they trial alot of drugs before mounjaro so it's abit of a process but it has been the best thing for me to loose weight and lower blood glucose levels. I hope you find what you're looking for.
