Hi, I'm looking for tips on things to eat. My bloods are at the lower end of diabetes but I am also wheat intolerant and have food pollen allergy . So I'm trying to get ideas that are sugar free, wheat free, nut free and low in fat. There are also several fresh fruit and vegetables that I am unable to eat raw. So as you can imagine it's a bit tricky! Any advice would be most helpful!

"So I'm trying to get ideas that are sugar free, wheat free, nut free and low in fat". Why you want nut free and low fat ? First know about D. You need lchf diet to control your D in the initial stages.

Hi thanks for the reply. My blood sugars are controlled through diet and that's going ok. The nut free us because I'm allergic to them as well as other stuff which is all to do with food pollen allergy. Fat free isn't as important as the rest because more exercise will help that.

You need to be taking less carb and not fat free. No medicine or exercise will help you unless you reduce your carb intake.
