I have diabetic neuropathy and I have found that lotions with lidocaine in them work well, such as Aspercreme or any lotion containing lidocaine. It usually keeps the pain away for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

Thank you. Will have a look but it's difficult to find lidocaine creams in the UK :(

I am so sorry if you can't find it. I am in the USA. It is plentiful here. Maybe you could find it from an American seller on Ebay? I also take Gabapentin and Duloxetine for mine. It is a really bad case with my entire feet hurting and burning all the time. Maybe they have some comparable medications in the UK?

Thank you. Will have a look on ebay otherwise I will need to add it to my list for when I visit the US next :) I will make a note to ask the doctor about Duloxetine to take alongside the Gabapentin.

I have this one, it does work but is quite greasy as it doesn't really rub inamzn.to/3wpHPuH
