Do you use a CGM to help with blood sugar control? I’ve been using a CGM for 7 years, now. I also have a low carb. high protein and gluten free diet. The gluten free diet is for gluten/wheat insensitivity issues.

Hi! Yes, I just started using a CGM last night! I've got the Libre 2 and I'm finding it very useful so far. In my opinion it's a big upgrade on routine finger pricks throughout the day!

This is good to hear. What are the numbers from the Libre? We’re you told to test for a few days to see if the numbers were close together?😀

Yeah I've continued doing a few finger pricks throughout the day to see how the number compare, and they are pretty close. Usually within 0.2-0.4 mmol of each other.
