Hi everyone,

This is interesting research and done on a large scale in Sweden which has found that a precursor to developing Type 2 Diabetes is the protein follisatin which’s produced in the liver.

This has lots of potential to help prevent Type 2 Diabetes from manifesting itself by alerting people to what could be coming their way as weight reduction with plenty of exercise and also with a healthy diet can prevent it before it starts.

Here’s the article please see:

As Diabetes is a growing problem, please encourage everyone to know their risk factors and help prevent Type 2 developing in the first instance.

And lastly folks, today is World Diabetes Day, so for those of you who paint your nails paint them blue 💙
