Off Topic - Amputees

I recently had a BKA amputation on the left due to complications as a result of (diabetes related?) PAD (peripheral arterial disease). Currently I am getting a few issues that would be outside the scope of this forum. Healthunlocked do not seem to have a forum for amputees and those supporting them. Before requesting HU to start one up I was wondering how many amputees and/or those that support them there were on this forum who would be interested in such a forum?

Hello MichaelJH an amputees Topic can be put up by admin and admin can create badges so anyone with diabetes could have an amputee badge. I know that there are other amputees on the diabetic communities so your needs will be met.

Best wishes and good luck with this. 👍😊
