Extreme Low Transmitter Battery: DEXCOM 😫

Well, I got a big surprise this afternoon related to the transmitter’s battery level being ‘critically low’. This is the first time I have ever had gotten an alert for this type of alarm. First, the transmitter was put in 2 months ago, so it shouldn’t have needed to be replaced today. Second, I was in a sensor session , so I had to stop and use a new sensor. I had to pair up the new transmitter with the phone and receiver before I could do the normal set up for a new sensor session.

The Technical Support Rep. said they were going to send me a free new replacement sensor and transmitter for the trouble that happened this afternoon. They should be here 3-5 business days.

More later!😀👍🌈

Hi Leah you dealt with this well and you're getting a new sensor and transmitter so good luck with the latest sensor. 😊
