Pumpkin seeds and diabetes. πŸ’š

Hi everyone,

I use pumpkin seeds sesame seeds and linseeds in baking and have found that ground pumpkin seeds make a great gluten free flour replacement.

Pumpkin seeds are packed with nutrition one very important one being magnesium as over half the population is believed to be magnesium deficient in some countries. And they can help to lower blood sugar levels.

I grind the pumpkin seeds up in a coffer grinder and you can just sprinkle it on a soup. I also really like roasted pumpkin seeds and snack on them.
