Playing Chess

I have been T1 since being very young & I thought running or similar was one of the only ways to get BG down. I used a libre test on myself & tested my bg while beating the comp at Chess. I do not like to loose ? 85% win record.

When I was young the only way for my parents to get my BG down was to run around my est. Try it because I know it works for me.
