Since we have had some postings/questions recently on the subject of Pre-Diabetes, we've decided to add it as the first topic for the Topics section. When you want to do a posting and you want to add a topic/picture, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the box that says, 'Add a Topic'. Then, if you want to include a picture, then click on the 'Add a Picture' and then click post my posting when finished. This posting will be the first to be added to the Pre-Diabetes topic.
