So, I got my bloodworks done on

February 04 and, to the delight of my GP, my numbers have decreased from 7.4 last September to 6.7. My doctor is delirious (?)

(sic) and so am I. I was bracing myself for a much higher number as I had really

" pigged out" during the holidays.

Now, my next step is to get serious about exercising as I am totally unfit and slightly overweight, especially in the belly area.

I also turned 68 in January and it's high time to work on myself if I wanna live another

30 years like my mother who died peacefully in her sleep last September just

2 years short of her 100th birthday.

Am reading the posts regularly and encourage everyone to keep the good work.

Trust me , if I can lower my blood sugar levels, everyone can !!!
