Wedding Weekend and DEXCOM

This weekend, I had gone to a friend's wedding. The wedding was last night (6 pm). That meant, the dinner was going to be really late (later than normal for me). The wedding was lovely and by the time we all got food, it was almost 7:30 or 8 pm. Extremely later and had to delay my shot for quite a bit, but it did work out. I also had done some dancing at the party and that got the numbers on the DEXCOM to go down slightly. Not too fast right away, but they did go down eventually.

At the dinner, I ate lots of protein and very low carb foods. The cauliflower mashed potato was extremely low carb along with some of the vegetables on the side and a small salad. I never had the rolls that each table setting had for each attending the party, so that was good and I also didn't get the "cake".

This morning, I went to the brunch that the happy couple was hosting for all the guests who stayed in the hotel. That was pretty good, too and also low carb. The numbers before the brunch were around 250-> and went up, but came back down by the time we had gotten home.

Thank you! The only person who wasn't able to see the wedding or come to the after dinner was my Sister-In-Law because the babysitter never came. :-(
