Hello All. I have just come out of Hosp & straight on my exercise bike. Could not wait as do not like sitting still to long. I have been T1 for more than 51years & its the best way to look after yourself. Please keep moving.

Good to know you’re getting back in the groove of the daily routine, HOBIEONE ! Try to get some rest, too.

Thank you Activity2004. I have been making a log of my BG when I have been ill. More than 10 days with very good BG. No temp Bolus on my Pump & doing a lot less than normal. I think I need to spend some time on myself? Going to watch my son playing football today.
