Hi there. Just wondering if there are any others out there who struggle with binge eating? Or any who have found some coping strategies for this behaviour?
I'm type 2 with severe neuropathy but very well controlled with meds, diet and exercise - I run 5k three times a week and practise yoga. Diet is very good (no alcohol, no caffeine, very low carb) and even when the urge to binge is with me I eat 'healthy'. Weight is as is should be (BMI 20).
I just can't work out why I feel the need to binge eat - it is surely sabotaging all I do in the rest of my life to maintain my health.
Any thoughts or tips welcome!!

Ask your doctor to test both your serum B12 and Folate.
