There are times you have to be well informed to make a major decision and the best research through appropriate experience, specialist information and consultation can leave you with a crucial choice. My blood and urine test results came back and a doctor, upon seeing my results decided that we should talk about a drug I should take to "tweak" some fine line discrepancies. I carefully evaluated my fitness and side effects of this med and when we talked, I told him of my detox diet, my 13 hours a week of fitness and why this med would not suit me. He listened and agreed and we would review it in 6 months time with new tests. I stood my ground and will work hard towards the next tests. Sometimes you must be equipped to make that big decision affecting your health - but you must do your homework first!
