Guidance please- diabetes and thyroid

This is for my wife. Her hba1c is 11.4 and has thyroid issues, as well. Please give advice to reduce it. Kindly suggest any ayurvedic stream.

Hi Jilson, does your wife have Type 1 Diabetes? I know hyperthyroidism is very common among the population, but people with Type 1 Diabetes are much more at risk, as it is another autoimmune condition.
