Recently, I've had been having really bad allergies for the start of this Winter..... Not too sure what caused this to start, but I have been using Vitamin C a few times a day. My numbers are going up and down here and there, but not as bad as the other few times I have had allergies. Hope this will clear up soon. I can't take a lot of medication because I also take anticonvulsants for Epilepsy.

Oh dear... do you think that it might be food allergies or environmental?

Not sure. Probably not food related.

Do you think it could be pollen or something similar?

You're welcome. I'm just about to go to bed cos it's nearly 10pm over here and I'm shattered. Looking after my grandson is taking it's toll and trying to get organised for Christmas too is hard work.

Take care and enjoy the rest of your day.

I'm usually having pollen problems. I don't eat any wheat products anymore, either.

Can you take diphenhydramine? At least at night. Would help the allergies and also help you sleep.

Not sure. What's in it?
