They don't give me a straight answer I would rather not go the conventional way as it does not cure anything it's just a subsitute

Please check out the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation and click on A Healthy Diet and Diabetes leaflet. The website is: drwf.org.uk/diabetes-leaflets

You can either download and read OR listen to the information.

Hope this helps.

What's your blood sugar levels?

There is no proof that fenugreek seeds help lower blood sugar or reverse diabetes. Check out the University of Newcastle and the Newcastle Diet which HAS reversed diabetes

Yes the Newcastle Diet has had very good results as have I after reading and following Reverse Type 2 Diabetes by Dr David Cavan ( I found it on Amazon) and the 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet by Dr Michael Mosely is good too if you want to eat your way out of T2 but I only found that after I had used Dr Caban's book.

I wasn't offered a blood glucose meter - just told to try diet and exercise and given information about 'the healthy plate' and having carbs at every meal. Once I bought my own blood glucose meter I discovered carbs from grains - even 'healthy' whole grains the very worst thing I could eat for pushing my blood sugar up so I stopped them and went by what Dr Cavan said.

Since Decembr last year I have lost 3stones in weight and no longer have T2 - I imagine if I went back on grain based carb foods then I would be heading for T2 again. Good luck

There are ever so many methods in naturopathy, but what is suitable to a particular individual is to be tried by trial and error method. You give a try on every method for one month each and see what works with you.

Please note,,excersise is v.v. Important. You should walk briskly for half an hour daily morning and evening. Also perform yoga asssna relevant to diabetese. Now come to our treatment.

1. Daily take one teaspoon fenugreek seed powder with water in the morning.

2. In a tumbler of water soak two ladies finger split in the middle overnight and drink that water next day early morning.

3. Take thrice in a day before food, Apple Cider vineger one table spoon mixed in water.

Try this first if not effective, I will give more.
