If blood sugar is high then the body take longer to heal wounds etc. the more "normal" you can get your blood sugars the faster the healing rate. But all diabetics will find healing slower. That's what I have been told by health professionals. As for magic cures there are non at the moment.
You could be right. I just stick to everyday foods and don't look to add anything extra that takes time to find and has not been proven. As I have said before there is a lot of witch doctor stuff around. But the "mother" thing is interesting. Leave it on the window sill with sunlight will make the "mother" grow.
We were just at this site, checking on if there is a sugar we CAN use. both my hubby and myself are ...pre-diabetes, and trying to change our diets, so was looking this up. Guess it was meant for you, too. Hope it helps.. ddroot.wordpress.com/catego... Here are a few highlights of glycemic results:
I know nothing about Curculin, and some others, but we mostly switched to Stevia last month.. we will begin research on the others, to see if OK, or carcinogenic or what...
Last, but maybe most important, is healing with HONEY. Proven fact.. Think about it... it is the only food we can sit on the counter for months on end, and have it just as good and safe as when we put it there... !!
Natural honey dressings have been used to treat wounds throughout the ages.1 This case series describes the use of natural honey in patients with a variety of chronic foot ulcers. A wound assessment was carried out daily and used to decide upon the continuation of treatment with natural honey. - See more at: woundsresearch.com/article/...
Sure hope that helps. as a child, I remember my Dad had leg ulcers that wouldn't heal, but I was just a kid and had no idea about anything yet.
