I fully agree with your suggestion . I have already implemented the first part of your advice. I am also maintaining a balanced diet and Said complete NO to sugar & ts products. The sugar level is under control and hope so. I am getting my sugar level tested and it is within its limit.
I would suggest all our friends to get rid of by maintianig strict diet restrictions+ regular walk.
Keep walking & say No to diabetes

Yes brisk walk of 4-5 km a day is must for diabetics . You have to include 2 eggs, soya meal, pulses,black gram & moong dal sprouts , milk, curd & dairy products, leafy vegetables, salads , papaya , oranges to balance less sugar, starch & carbohydrate intake to maintain energy level
