Life is what you think it is-it is simple if consider it so and complex if you. think so. Simple problems may have complex solutions and vice versa. Ultimately we have to live this life as best as we can depending on our will power and intelligence.

Dear Rishad 14,

I fully agree with your suggestion . I have already implemented the first part of your advice. I am also maintaining a balanced diet and Said complete NO to sugar & ts products. The sugar level is under control and hope so. I am getting my sugar level tested and it is within its limit.

I would suggest all our friends to get rid of by maintianig strict diet restrictions+ regular walk.

Keep walking & say No to diabetes

Yes brisk walk of 4-5 km a day is must for diabetics . You have to include 2 eggs, soya meal, pulses,black gram & moong dal sprouts , milk, curd & dairy products, leafy vegetables, salads , papaya , oranges to balance less sugar, starch & carbohydrate intake to maintain energy level
