DO NOT AVOID A DOCTOR

DONT BE AFRAID OF INSULIN,CONSIDER THEM YOUR FRIENDS IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC

LEARN THE CORRECT TECHNIQUES AND PROPER SITES OF INJECTION

THE TIMING TO USE DIFFERENT TYPES OF INSULIN IS VERY IMPORTANT

WHATEVER DRUG YOU TAKE ,YOU MUST EXERCISE AND YOU MUST CONTROL YOUR DIET

I HAVE FACED MANY PATIENTS WHO THINKS THAT AS I M TAKING MEDICINE I CAN EAT ANYTHING---THIS IS WRONGGG.

  • Look for a Doctor who is DIABETIC also. If 25% population is walking on diabetes then 25% doctors would also be diabetic.

  • very very true!

  • rishad i`m 31 nw n i got high sugar level 200 fbs N a1c is 8 can u plz guide me hw i reduce my levels already i`m doing yoga daily for 50 mins n taking kerla juice twicely abt 30 ml with 1 cup of water n i be normal for life

  • REDUCE CARBOHYDRATE INTAKE.

  • you are just 31 and diabetic..you should get your fasting c-peptide done, lifestyle modifications already started by you are good, but you need to do cardio/jogging/brisk walking....remember your calorie intake should be restricted according to your body wt. and 65% of your calories should come from carbohydrates, and i think you will need some drugs:whether that will be insulin or oral tablets, needs evaluation and labelling you DM1 or DM2..and you must meet yor ophthalmologist and get eye checkup done

    stay healthy,all the best

  • Nonsense. 65% from CARB will lead him / her to more PILLS.

Pity those 900 diabetics that you claim to handle /month
