what is your complete diet chart, movements ,medic ens if any, blood cholesterol,and lipids.etc.etc.
Simple question requires simple answer.It has nothing to do with me personally.

levels above normal obviously reflect the excess consumed by you unnecessary and potentially harmful in the long run to your arteries in your heart, brain .and kidneys.
I think it is too complex subject to put it in simple words.
You are right.It is a complex subject, that why I wanted some one with clear understanding of the subject to explain for the benefit of all.It is said that if you you are not able to explain a subject to third party then you don't have any understanding of the subject.
By the way before putting the question on the forum I have made exhaustive search,but still I am unable to get a clear understanding of the subject and no one has come forward with even a semblance of understanding.

Whenever I get time ,I am trying to pursue the subject.
