gilinil and p glitz 15 tabs one each in the morning and the given exercise ,with little sweet intake will control and eventually will keep you sugar normal ,

i do not think,this will reduce 50-60 counts,extensive exercise such as brisk walking 6-7 kms./

hour,for 1.50 to 2 hours in the morning on inclinde surface say 30-45 degrres up side reduce this amount of mg/dl sugar, i had tried it &obtained the results.
